Welcome to Label Jiyani! With Indian Craftsmanship blooming lately, we support our artisans and workers and give them due credit. Since every piece of garment is handcrafted with utmost love and care, we at Label Jiyani cannot create the exact fine replicas of every design that’s been put up in the catalog. The designs are a clear vision of the hath-karigars, weavers & craftsmen, due to which varied weaving and designs are the creative minds behind it, which cannot be imitated.
*The below mentioned policies apply to every garment that leaves the Label Jiyani production house.*
Shipment
The standard shipping cost all over India is Rs.150.
The standard international shipping cost is Rs.3000 per 1.5 kg.
*Tax included. Shipping will be calculated at checkout.*
Usually, orders are dispatched within a minimum of 3-10 working days of the customer placing the order, since every product is shipped directly from Lucknow.
The time-lapse may be subject to factors beyond manual control, including unexpected courier & shipment delays. We aim to keep you updated at every step.
To ensure that the order reaches you in a good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed logistics companies.
We currently don’t have a live tracking option available on the website but we request you to wait until your parcel is dispatched & you receive an email from us, within the above mentioned time frame. If your enquiry is urgent, please email us at labeljiyani@gmail.com. and one of our team members will be in touch with you at the earliest.
*Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not considered as working days for standard deliveries.
Exchange, Returns & Refunds
We promise to deliver exactly what you desire, failing to which we’d like to be informed. Products once shipped or customized would not be returned or exchanged, unless there’s a defect.
In case of a Defect in the Product:
You can email us on labeljiyani@gmail.com with the SUBJECT: "(order no) + EXCHANGE / RETURN" within 7 days of receiving the products.
We would require clear parcel opening videos or pictures.
Once our team sees and approves the defect, you will have to ship the product back to our address & we will process your request once received.
Please ensure that the tags and packaging should be intact and products) should be unused.
Reverse pickups are either arranged by us or the customer will have to ship the parcel to us at the following address:

Once we receive it, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection and if it passes through, we will ship the new product.
